Conference and Event Coverage

Add an extra layer of tangability and realness to your events by having our team graphic record your event (also known as live scribing).  We listen in for the story, undertones, capture the key themes and display them in a context-rich, easy to understand layout, for participants to re-live the day.  We are specialists who work solely on paper or foamboard as this entices participants to rock up to our visuals to spark a conversation around it.  These are some of the events we have brought to life:

Graphic recording (in-person live scribing on large paper) - 3-4 hours

This is our minimum offering for graphic recording within 30km of Auckland. To deliver a high quality outcome, we turn up as a team of 2 an hour before the event to set up. Graphic recording is done with a harvester (assistant), and a graphic recorder.

Includes harvester (assistant), travel, set up, tear down, dropsheets, all materials, high resolution digital photos captured using SLR and flash.

Offline Visual Summary for a multi-day conference (Per Day)

$1500 + GST

Would you like to surprise your participants with a visual summary of Day 1 of your conference when they turn up the morning on Day 2?

If you have an event where speakers are delivering slide based presentations, and pre-recorded videos, with the assistance of AI, we are able to turn the key themes into visuals to be displayed before morning tea on Day 2.

This is a cost-effective add-on we are offering to clients who would don't need live capturing for the entirety of a multi-day event.

Timelapse Video 

$350 + GST

Most of our clients choose to add on a 1-2 minute timelapse video of the visuals being created. These are catered for sharing on social media, newsletters and post-event follow-ups.

Offline Sketch

Materials (ink, paper) - $10 per sketch
This is the minimum cost incurred for any job. I always use sustainable water-based ink where possible.

Sketching - $320 / hr + GST
I then work by the hour to produce 1.5m - 2.5m sketches to a bulleted list. 

Depending on complexity, 1 sketch is usually done in a window of 1-4 hours.

I will partner up with you to sketch out a problem you're experiencing in order to help you discover a path forward.  See example image below.

Travel

We can travel across NZ and to AU to deliver any of our services.  These are the extra costs for a team of 2 (harvester + graphic recorder).  We do not add-on a margin for travel, these costs are mainly to cover our time and travel expenses.
